At Advanced Baseball, players are placed through a complete array of tests usually reserved for the best players in the world. By assessing a “total picture” of your body's delivery or swing, our team will recommend a program that will seamlessly integrate with your existing team and coaches. Our instruction will help you optimize your baseball athletic performance. Advanced Baseball includes one of the most technologically advanced evaluation facilities in existence focusing on efficiencies for movement patterns and conditioning.

Pitching and hitting technique style is as unique as a player's fingerprints. At Advanced Baseball, we utilize our proprietary MRI motion capture system to develop a three-dimensional figure of your pitch or swing including all of the rotational speeds of your body. This provides a precise picture of what is happening during your pitch or swing. We can then match your movement technique with your physical attributes to help you build a more repeatable and efficient pitch or swing.

Utilizing our 3-d motion capture and physical screening process, we measure your ability to generate and transfer speed and determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body. We will isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program.

This involves: S.T.A.T

Screen to isolate any physical deficits or flaws that may hamper athletic improvement,
Testing athletically, to measure specifically the areas of: speed, power & explosive capability Assessment for development to identify which window and what direction they need to be training.
Training, once this evaluation is finished, the results can be used to create a functional strength & movement pattern training plan unique for that player.
